Meet Garrien

Garrien Johnson was born in Sacramento, California and grew up in Elk Grove, California. He earned a degree in Health and Human Sciences from the University of Nevada, Reno and received his MBA with an emphasis in Leadership from Adams State University. 

Garrien began his real estate career in property management where he managed several multi-million dollar budgets with detail and expertise. He has provided services for multiple apartment complexes with over 300 units to include condos, duplexes and residential homes resulting in revenues of over $15 million.

Garrien provides consultation services for investing, purchasing, selling, and mortgage lending to allow for the best options suited for your needs. His skillset and detail in real estate and lending transactions provides his clientele and customers a quality one-stop service.

Garrien offers services in lending and real estate in both California and Colorado.

Meet Tiffany

Tiffany was born in Sacramento, California and grew up in Elk Grove, California. Her love for sports led her to the University of Nevada, Reno to run for the Wolfpack. There she earned her B.S. degree in Human Development and Family Studies and later received her M.S degree in Sports Administration from the University of Northern, Colorado.

Her civilian career with the United States Air Force for the past 12 years has afforded her the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people; which aids in her ability to work with diverse clientele. Throughout her career, she became interested in pursuing real estate and joins her husband as a Realtor. Tiffany and Garrien are long-time residents of both California and Colorado who have been helping clients realize their real estate visions for more than 10 years.

She thrives to provide quality service and support to her clients ranging from first time home buyers to empty nesters. Her skillset and abilities help make real estate transaction processes easier for any buyer or seller. Her love for people and care for others enhances the working relationship experience for anyone working with TAGG Estates. They are a proud power couple of two beautiful children, love to travel, spend time with family, enjoys what life has to offer, and keeps God at the center of all things.
